My Resume

Danny Taylor has been self-employed since 1999, so he does not have a traditional resume. During the late 1990s, he took computer classes at HCC in Columbia, MD. Besides that, he is a self-taught artist and writer. Mr. Taylor excels in creating and inventing. He enjoys developing original brands and stories from the ground up. Here are some of his creations from the past 25 years

~ 2024 ~

Mr. Taylor co-founded VA Vintage in March 2024, a large upscale vintage store in Chesapeake, VA, featuring 45+ local vendors.


~ 2023 ~


Danny wrote "Wanted on the Outer Banks" 1, 2, and 3 in 2023. "Wanted on the Outer Banks" is a psychological thriller book series about a mysterious serial killer on the Outer Banks. Book #4 is in progress!

He also wrote 'Salt Monsters: Finhead Lives' in 2023.


~ 2022 ~


Mr. Taylor established NC Vintage Thrift in Moyock, North Carolina, in November 2022.


~ 2020 ~


In 2020, Danny created "Salt Monsters," the first comic based on the Outer Banks.


~ 2014 ~


In 2014, Mr. Taylor established 2FIVE2 as the competitor to the "OBX" brand while operating from his inaugural retail store, "The Jelly Lounge," in Kitty Hawk, NC. He also founded his second company 2FIVE2, LLC in North Carolina.


~ 2012 ~


In 2011, Danny created Klutter Bug, an app designed to simplify your daily social media consumption. The project is currently seeking funding.

In 2011, Mr. Taylor invented My Social Rankings (MSR), a ranking app that rewards people for being social. Unfortunately, this project was put on hold after he settled with Zynga in a trademark lawsuit, Blingville vs. Zynga.

In 1999, Mr. Taylor founded his first company, WebsiteGrowers.com, in Columbia, Maryland.
